My name is Sherri Jackson, and I am grateful to be the Executive Director of the Madison Heights and Kelley Place Memory Care communities in Enterprise, Alabama.
I have been in the health care field since 1981. In 1997, I was offered an opportunity to be an Assisted Living Administrator for two 16-bed facilities in Henry County, AL. I gladly accepted the position though was naïve to the true importance and huge responsibilities that were attached to the title. As I began to work with our residents, I knew I was where I was meant to be all along in my journey called life. Not only did this occupation teach me to be more patient, more compassionate, and more understanding of the needs of the residents, but now I want to be an advocate for them in more ways than I can list with every opportunity that comes my way.
I am extremely thankful and blessed to work in a field I love, not only making a difference in the lives of our residents but loving the difference they make in my life every day. I am who I am today because of the teachings from Godly parents and having faith in God to lead me through this journey. I have learned many lessons from the residents who have taught me about the important things in life for the past 20 years.CONTACT SHERRI
Tracy Williams, RN
RN UNIT COORDINATOR
Tracy Williams joined our Memory Care community in 2018. From Enterprise and New Brockton, Tracy worked in healthcare as a medical assistant before returning to college for an Associates Degree in Nursing from Wallace Community College. She became a Registered Nurse in 2007 and has served as a hospice and home health RN since that time. Tracy visited Kelley Place and Madison Heights frequently over the past several years while working with home health and hospice, and has a very special place in her heart for our memory care residents. We are excited to have Tracy on board!
